  • An Anti ragging committee was formed to deal with any issues regarding ragging.
  • The Toll-free Ant-ragging help line number, from the UGC, was communicated to the new students. This number could be used by the students to impress any distress, faced by them, due to ragging.
  • During the Induction ceremony, the new students, their parents were assured that no ragging would take place.
  • The senior students were warned about the legal consequences that would follow if any of them were found guilty of ragging.

These above mentioned steps assisted, in making the Institute as a 'Ragging-Free' Zone.We have registered college details in the National Anti-Ragging presentation project by UGC.
